The genetics team didn't quite get the size of the Ubis right, but as these creatures can be tamed (with some difficulty), many prospectors are more than happy about the mistake.
A genetic descendant of the Earth Flamingo, this creature has thrived since being introduced to Icarus. Instead of shrimp their colour is derived from the influence of nearby exotics.
"Never thought much of Flamingos on earth... this fella though, I've seen them knock a prospector out cold in one kick. Want some advice? Stay outta range."
